Classic Construction replaced an existing deck and added a screened room. We could not be more pleased with the outcome as well as the process of completing the project from the initial contact with the company to its end result. Classic Construction was one of three companies we contacted for estimates. In presenting his company’s proposal, Juston was extremely professional and helped us envision the completed project by presenting a detailed plan. His proposal went far beyond what was presented to us by other companies, and the estimate was quite reasonable. Once we accepted the proposal, Juston guided us in making necessary decisions and was most helpful and patient throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable and set high standards for the work to be done as well as for the selected materials to be used. Brent and Brian, along with their helper Tommy, did the actual construction. They were a joy to observe; you could tell they were a true working team. Always arriving on time, they put in a full day’s work and left the work site organized and clean. Like Juston, they were true professionals and demonstrated highly skilled workmanship in their craft. The outcome exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful to Classic Construction’s outstanding people who created this beautiful addition to our home. My husband and I recently completed a full master bath remodel with Brian Holder and his crew. I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you about our experience. This was our second remodel so I went into the project a bit jaded given that my first experience with another contractor was just horrible. In the end, the work on our fist remodel was good but the experience was not worth it. When I found Classic Construction on Angie’s list and read the reviews, I thought they must be exaggerating about how great the entire process was; specifically, how Brian handled the project. I interviewed several contractors but Brian was by far the most helpful and had more ideas and resources in the first meeting than anyone else. He recognized that for me, visualizing the new floor plan was an important first step in allowing me to make the other decisions that come fast once things get started. Brian suggested that I contact Mitch Glasgow to see if one of his drawings might help – who knew? The work with Mitch was exactly what I needed to give me the confidence to go forward with the things I’d thought about doing for at least a year. Completely satisfied. Classic had the best price of any we checked. They came in on budget, started on time, stayed on the job, and finished in the time estimated. The workmanship was flawless. Juston recommended Wolf PVC to replace the rotting wood floor on our 150 lineal ft plus of 10 ft wide wraparound exterior porch. This involved removing and replacing 23 columns and rebuilding 3 sets of stairs. He also had design ideas that worked perfectly for our porch. The crew; Chris, Mike, and Nick, were friendly, likable, and worked well together. They knew what they were doing and worked diligently until the job was finished. As a former house carpenter who built many decks and porches in my youth, I know good workmanship, and these three men did an excellent job. Also very happy with the look and feel of the Wolf product. The 3 inch tongue and groove fits well and looks as good as the wood it replaces. We are 100% satisfied with Classic, Wolf, and the finished job.

Classic Construction added a screen room & deck on our house and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. We were impressed with their attention to detail and they took care of everything from the building permit to the final inspection.
